Sales Consultant (Full-time):
First Call Logistics is actively seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to establish lasting customer relationships and contribute to the positive trajectory of our rapidly expanding company.
Role Responsibilities
- Seek out and contact prospective clients, update account notes, plan and execute meeting agendas and develop CRM deals.
- Track and update pipeline opportunities through CRM.
- Close sales and achieve monthly performance goals.
- Act as primary customer contact, ensuring SOPs are created and executed by the customer support team.
- Source new sales opportunities by meeting outbound call metrics and lead generation.
- Identify key decision makers and arrange four monthly face-to-face meetings where applicable.
- Earn 3-4 referrals from each customer in your portfolio.
- As the customer’s source of industry knowledge, the ability to interpret data, speak to customer needs, and communicate business insights is required.
- Lead RFP or bid opportunities.
- Have fun while growing your sales and earning commission!
Our Ideal Candidate Has…
- Consultative sales experience.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Excitement and enthusiasm for building relationships.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to use market data to educate customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel if necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
