First Call Logistics is building its first Business Development team, and we’re hiring the founding class of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You’ll drive company growth by starting conversations with new shippers, qualifying opportunities, and creating pipeline for our Sales Consultants.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect by phone, email, and other outreach channels
- Book qualified meetings (SQLs) for our Sales Consultants
- Build and manage your pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Use ZoomInfo and SONAR market intelligence to identify target accounts
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of proven sales experience
- Strong communicator, comfortable engaging business professionals by phone
- Competitive and goal-driven
- Coachable: takes feedback and applies it quickly
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and sales technology
Preferred
- Sales, logistics, or business experience
- Experience in fast-paced environments
Career Path
This role is designed to develop future Sales Consultants. BDRs who meet the published performance, skill, and certification requirements are promoted to Sales Consultant, targeted at 12 months and possible as early as 9 months. On promotion, base salary increases to $65,000.
